Once upon a time, Ayşe, who lived in a small town, loved the moon stick, which was an heirloom from her grandmother Zeynep Hanım. Ms. Zeynep used this stick while reading the Quran, and the stick was passed down from generation to generation in the family.
 Ayşe wanted to transform this sacred legacy of her grandmother into a modern jewellery. Working together with Mehmet Efendi, one of the oldest craftsmen of Kapali Carsi, they designed an elegant necklace in the shape of a moon. This necklace could be used both while reading the Quran and carried as a stylish accessory in daily life.
 Necklaces became popular throughout Anatolia in a short time. Everyone learned the story of Ayşe and her grandmother and wore this jewelry with pride. The Moon necklace would become known as a symbol of wisdom, stability and faith.
