RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered online, you may return them within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive them.
To process the return, you must fill out the required information in this document and send it along with your products: Withdrawal Form.
If you wish to return the product you purchased, it must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if applicable.
An invoice is required for the return process.
For returns to be initiated via cargo, you must send an e-mail to info@glowingforest.com with your order number. After your return request is approved, the products must be shipped to us in a way that prevents damage. The responsibility for the products lies with the customer until the package reaches us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For orders placed with a free shipping campaign, if the remaining total after the return no longer meets the campaign conditions, the delivery shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount for the returned product(s).
Once your product reaches our return address, our team will inspect it, and after your return is approved, the product amount—minus the shipping fee—will be refunded to your credit card or bank account.
For transactions made by credit card, the refund amount will be reflected on your card within 14 days, depending on your bank. This process is entirely dependent on your bank, and Glowing Forest has no right to intervene with your bank.
